Metrofibre is the worst network!!!!

6 days without wifi and counting!! The same happened in February for a period of 2 weeks. I have a whole day board exam tomorrow with no network all I keep getting are emptY promises and no contractor actually comes. My wifi was disconnected in order to connect my new neighbours, how is this fair when we pay the same amount????? Please cancel this subscription if I do not get assistance by the end of today, I am tired of the abuse and I am paying exorbitant amounts just to stay connected because I pay for wifi and data
