Metrofibre is the worst

My fibre has been down for almost 10 days now and we've been calling everyday without help. There is one specific agent who will not call you back ever and her name is Michelle. I was told that a contractor will call me with 24 hours and this was 4 days ago and no one has called or even attempted to resolve my matter. You guys are the absolute worst. I can't believe I pay for a full month of fibre yet only get to use it for half of the month. What a ****. I wouldn't recommend you to anyone
