Metrofibre is the worst company ever

Metrofibre service is the worst 🚮 I've placed my order in July 2022 when they were installing fibre around my area, in November they sent me an email saying a contractor will come and install in my flat but no one came even today. I followed up in January, they asked me questions and proof of residence which I've sent and they said a contractor will come and install. I followed up again with the sales team and sent proof of payment but still the only answer I get is that a contractor will come and install. I called them again few days ago and they admitted to see that a contractor was supposed to come and they said they're escalating my issue but even today no one came here. I've lost all the excitement I had when I was signing up. This is the worst company ever. I've never thought I'd have to wait so many months to have fibre installed in my place
