MetroFibre is the worse ISP by all measures

MetroFibre Networx has thee worst support of any ISP ever. How are they providing a service and be contactable on any platform (phone, whatsapp, online chat, e-mail or X) for days. It is impossible to reach these people and this is even before sharing with them what the issue is. This is super unfair customer treatment. No paying customer should experience this appalling levels of service.
