Metrofibre is money hungry!! Bad company!!

These guys will only contact you because they want to sign you in and after that they are no more...ive been emailing them for days now and no response via email or call or even WhatsApp concerning my issue with my Internet yet they make sure to send me emails and sms's concerning me making payments on time...clearly they more Concerned about money more than the service they are to supposedly to offer ...I'm really disappointed in this company...they only communicate with their clients concerning money but when it comes to the service they must provide they are no show...😕!! Bad customer service Metrofibre!!!
