Metrofibre is disappointing

I have metro fiber for just over a year now but spent more time not have network access. The most frustrating thing ever is waking up in the morning and not having a service that you spend a 1 000 rand a month for, What's the use paying so much, when you only have network for 1 week out of the whole month.

What nonsense is this, we have to pay for something that we don't benefit of and still pay another network provider inorder for me to work.

Metro fiber is the most horrible network provider

You are taking our money for a whole month when we don't even benefit from your service for a whole month.
