MetroFibre is a ****, stay away

Hello Peter is littered with terrible reviews of MetroFibre (ISP) and new unassuming customers should refuse this company if it is suggested to them to provide high speed fibre internet connection, it's a ****. MetroFibre is not capable to deliver and more and more people are unhappy. The **** is that after you have been disapointed and want out, they want to make you pay for the fibre line installation that they only got involved after the line was in place. They fail to resolve issues that has to do with delivery of the service of internet to the customers. Communication and Customer service is very poor, and noone would take intrest in resolving your issues so that you can enjoy the service that you are expecting. In my case, it has been a whole month of back and forth on email and still I can't use the service for what I got it for. You will pay for nothing, beware MetroFibre is a ****. Even after my first review here on Hello Peter, the response I got was standered and nothing came out of it, it's a ****.
