Metrofibre is a horrible service provider ever
Its so heart breaking that each time for us to be heard we must come to this platform. You guys are the worse horrible service providers I've ever delt with in my estate, I wish I can convince all my tenants in Crescent glades to cancel their services with you.... you dont consider people that relies on wifi for work Ever since I installed the wifi on the 19/03/25 till to date this doesn't work but payment are all made.
You guys are really horrible Worse you don't reply emails and make us stand for hours on the calls.... this is ridiculous honestly
