Metrofibre Incompetence

I have had 4 or 5 calls logged to metrofibre because every time someone works on the fibre in our street my fibre goes off. As soon as yesterday again they were here fixing my neighbors fibre and guess what mine is off again!!!!!!!I am fed up with this incompetence as every time i suffer and get the 3 -5 business day turnaround time due to your(or your contractors) negligence.I work from home and every time this happens I need to make other plans to work due to your ***** ups!!!!!!I need this fixed!!!!!!
