Metrofibre, how useless can you be?

I have moved recently and live in a complex, Soetdoring Park, where we are forced to use a Metrofibre line through Afrihost. Before Metrofibre tries to shift blame, I have been using Afrihost for the past 10 years and their service to me has been excellent. I have never experienced so many network outages in my life. Fibre is supposed to be a reliable service, but Metrofibre has proven this to be completely untrue. Frogfoot also services my area, but Metrofibre seams to have monopoly in our complex, so I can’t move my service to a proper fibre provider, believe me, I’ve tried. Your service is pathetic and you should be ashamed to keep your doors open. You should beg other fibre providers to take over your service areas and just close your doors. I have never experienced such a useless excuse for a company in my life! Get your ducks in a row, Metrofibre. You are an embarrassment to the industry!
