Metrofibre horrible service

We have been struggling for 4 months to get any sort of concrete assistance out of Metrofibre regarding connectivity and speed issues.

We have a 250mbs upload and download line but we hardly get around 5-10mbs !! And that is speed measured straight connected to the fibre box.

Everytime when you log a ticket you recieve a mail stating that you need to send 3 speed tests via email and then they will look into it.

We are now going onto month 5 and still no solution to our problems.
