Metrofibre has gone beyond expectations- Bravo!!! Bravo!!!

Absolutely exceptional service. Sent my first email and a call at around 15:30; received multiple troubleshooting steps within minutes. I had no expectation that my service would be sorted today (being a Friday) but the troubleshooting continued we’ll after business hours and had my service activated and confirmed by 19:00!

Extremely impressed by the excellent & efficient service. Not to mention that this was all on email - I don’t doubt that this would have been quicker had I provided my contact details!
