MetroFibre FTTH Service Manager is the Best!
I am a client of Mweb where MetroFibre is my fibre provider. Long story with Mweb, but it comes down to Mweb blaming MetroFibre for the delay in not having us connected after a moving request was done more than a month in advance. I reached out to MetroFibre directly and came across Henton de Smidt who assisted me. I was contacted by the contractors that very same day, our fibre was installed and we got connected within couple of days. Henton was following up with me constantly and making sure that I was receiving the assistance I required. Thank you Henton and MetroFibre team for coming to my rescue.
