Metrofibre...., eish

I enquire about a Black Friday deal to Metrofibre in November 2023. My isp Real Broadband Solutions I had to notify to cancel my 250mb Fibre line on 31 December 2023. 1 January 2024 no internet. I called Metrofibre on 2 January 2024 and my details or the Black Friday deal I accepted in November 2023 was no longer there on the system. And then it starts.

I then sign up for a 40mb line on 2 January 2024 and on 3 January I received an email for ONT Instalation with a incorrect cell number, I immediately call Metrofibre and changed my cell number. Another email was send with the same incorrect cell number.

I called again and was assured that the ONT installer will be at my home before 5 January 2024. Still waiting. I called again on Thursday 4 January 2024 and spoke to Lizaan, I up graded my line speed from 40mb request to a 250mb line speed, Lizaan also changed my cell numbers on the system.

I called again on Friday 5 January 2024 spoke to an African male that tried helping me. He called me back to save my airtime, I must say he was very help full and understand what happened. He changed my cell number with the ONT department, he just could not get hold of the ONT installers for. They did not answer their phones, obviously because it's Friday. I called last week twice again, I have really lost track on how many times I called and must call Metrofibre.

I called Metrofibre yesterday 15 January 2024 and found that the ONT Installer tried calling me on the incorrect cell number and so we tried again by giving 3 cell numbers to Metrofibre to capture so the ONT installer can get hold of me. My wife started work again yesterday so it will cost me to take off from work to come and babysit the ONT installers.

I am so fed up with Metrofibre that I feel like pulling their Fibre line out of my property and courier it to their office in Gauteng..

I need to start homeschooling with my kids and Metrofibre is not interested in customer service. What is the date today 16 January 2024, U called Metrofibre again after I received an email for ONT İNSTALLATİON With an incorrect cell number again.... I feel like...

What is happening to our South African service provider companies? I must stop here otherwise I will post things that will not sound good. I should have just stayed with Real Broadband Solutions.
