Metrofibre

Always a problem with Metrofibre. I cannot understand how I'm the only resident in the complex that has no connection. I am meant to be in a meeting & now I have to wait 72 hours for a resolution. This is acceptable. I have has this issue several times in the past with Metrofibre taking close to a month to resolve.
