Metrofibre doesn't care

Metrofibre doesn't care about their customers. My internet has been down for 2 days so far, I called and was **** to a technician will be out the next morning, I called them and was asked to send pictures or my router then the rude person closed the ticket, called again and was told I must contact Vumatel, they have been no help at all. I have an online meeting with an assessor for my studies and it will cost me £50 to reschedule but they don't seem to care. Definitely changing providers.
