Metrofibre does not care about their customers

I am honestly shocked disappointed and for lack of a better word disgusted in the manner in which Metro Fibre is handling damage in the New Germany Area KZN. Pathetic communication! It has been 2 weeks with no connection, today i see they telling us **** story about a strike that took place. I live in the area close to where the damage is and there has never been a strike. The area is a quiet place and there is no way people could strike in that specific spot. They dont care about us as their customers and its very disappointing because we pay for the low disgusting service. Please can anyone advice me where can i get better service.
