METROFIBRE DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Metrofibre has, by far, the worst customer service support I have ever experienced. I have been without internet for 4 days now, they don't respond to emails, a lot of airtime/minutes wasted waiting for my calls to be answered and when I do eventually get through, they either drop the call or put me through to someone else where its by pure luck that they will answer. Im done with this service provider.
