This company has no ethics.

Their errors and the consumer is left paying for their mess ups.

The company is engaging in ********* practices by charging me for services even when my line is suspended. I find it unjust that they bill me for usage when I'm not even using their services, and they are unable to provide a satisfactory explanation for this. I am considering taking legal action against this dishonest and ********* company.
