Metrofibre bad service
My wifi has been suspended again after making a payment. No response upon enquiring reason regarding the matter. I have never been made to beg for a service like thisðŸ˜

16 Apr 2024, 23:14Payment was made on the 4th then they activated and suspended me again today .Bear in mind i work from home, A friend has recommended rain network . I dont even know why i trusted Metrofibre. It is heartbreaking how they operate

17 Apr 2024, 14:41I have been subjected to buying data for work purposes due to the incompetence of Metrofibre. Their responses are without solutions . I do not recommend them at all. After making payment they suspend without notification and they dont care at all. Im enough

Will keep updating everyone on the matter until i can find an alternative solution for my work . This is suchna huge inconvenience for me and my job

Close to 48 hours without any assistance from Metrofibre. No explanation or responsibility 9n their part. Emails are not responded to or attended to . Worst service ever . I went to their twitter page they di this to a lot of people. Metrofibre must fall , i will mobilise all complaints and run an expose campaign on twitter using my huge following. We are taken for fools
