Metrofibre

I'm not sure what's wrong with metro Fibre and their installation team but it's been a full month without internet connection and uphill this day I only have the ONT box installed. The technician from metrfibre said that everything is working and the street is live. But i called vox telecom and they telling me the street is not live. Metrofibre ****ed us around. And now according to vox the lines will only be active on rhe 15nth September. So that leaves me 2 months without internet connection. Metrofibre I'd playing games and I think their service is pathetic. This is a bad company. I think my iarea will probably go live in January 2023 when they decide to get off their ****s and do something about this mess. Pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
