Metrofiber you are worse than Eskom
4 hours on hold for support and then the person cuts me off and with all my info does not have the damn decency to call me back, i have sent plenty of emails to support , after my 4 hour wait for some one to answer my call and still no response. Metrofiber you are worse than Eskom and thats says alot

29 May 2023, 11:35So 5 days later and whoever i speak to says they will reprovision my line, and same result , my speeds are 1/10th of what they should be and still takes hours to get through to tech support. Disgusting service
