Metrofiber - the eskom of network companies.

I love Metrofiber Networx, but their support team is Non existent. They don't get back to you when they say they will. When network goes out, you wait 3 weeks (ALMOST A MONTH) before they send someone to fix the problem. Over the phone now I asked them if it will take another 3 weeks and they said it might take another 3 weeks. I work from home, how am I supposed to do my work? I guess they dont care because they bill you even though their product doesn't work.

I am happy with their network when it works, but their staff doesn't care whether you have network and they are content in letting you wait a month before assisting their clients. So if you want a service provider that treats you like this, by all means go for MetroFiber
