Metrofiber Networx

Metrofiber Networx is absolutely a waste of time and does not deserve the get a single star rating, Metrifiber Networks does not know how to work with there client for example (keeping there client's up to date with the client's problem),Metrofiber Networx aslo have a really weak technician team that does not complete there work/tasks within the same week,it is a continues struggle for them to come out and fix a clients problem. I have been battling for almost three months for my wifi to get fixed and the best Metrofibe networx can do is delay my faulty wifi/network for another 2-3weeks with a sorry excuse that there is a problem on my network or they have to trouble shoot or my line or my line is to strong to get fixed or we have to send out technicians(that does not do anything).
