Metrofiber is shockingly bad.

Really bad customer service and even worse internet speed. I've reported a faulty modem and nearly 2 weeks later it is still not replaced. It can't be used for streaming even though I have a 100 meg line. It does not stop buffering at night and is completely unusable. An even bigger concern is, it is getting worse the more people they sign up. I really want to get out of this contract.
