Metrofiber is no way to go

Iv been using this network for wi-fi and the router i was using belonged to my Cousin which her name is Tebogo Mkwa****. So it happens i moved there last year August 2023 till then I told them to cancel my subscription which they didn't up to today every month they try to deduct on my account which is now messing up my account..When I call them they say they will sort it out also to show they did cancel whenever I call they cannot find me on the system so this has been a problem as its messing up my account
