Metrofiber fail

Since last week Sunday we did not have any internet assistance nor access. 15 mails later with no response, 1 week of chatting with the over WhatsApp and no clarity. 8 days of calling and no one is having a idea what the problem is. 72 hour since the technician would have been deployed to us for assistance. No one came. Thanks a lot for all the support not provided to me upon request.
