I have an account with Metrofiber , they are ****ing useless you log a call for the to phone you they never phone you , then when debit order goes of they take dubble payments and not the payment the invoice amount , when you phone into metro fiber they want to tell you they wil send you the imvoices and you must send the the proof of payments *** js happing with fiber network they are a discrease for have there network in your home 😡it is a accounts problem and the only thing the can do is to escalate the problem ... Not even the amount that needs to be paid every month is the same ...😡
