Metro, where our slogan....is actually a joke

Honestly. I wish they had a 0 star rating for this level of incompetence and useless service. Not only was my Internet working fine with the people at Axxess. Metro came and installed a new ONT box and *****ed everything up. After 10 calls of being put on hold for hours collectively. Calls being dropped on me and having to start with someone completely new who honestly, have no clue how any of the systems work. It took 2 days for me to have to go through each possibility of what the issues could have been. After every single person promised me it would be active "in an hour" then suddenly and i quote : "its active but ill get our activations department to activate it for you"(it wasnt and never was) all for me to ask them to check the serial on the ONT. It was the wrong one.... now, common sense would doctate updating it instead of trying to send an engineer out days later. But you know, now, its a brand new day after promises of yesterday to update it and have it ready for when I need to do work :), I arrive home excuted and ready to be over this and lo and behold. It still.....isn't.......working. Slowest Service I've ever recieved. "Home of fast" , my disconnected ass. Word of advice : if you ever need to move, make sure metro isn't your only option. If it is, take your children, take your wife, head to the hills where the signal is better.
