Metro Vs Afrihost , whos' to blame

Can I please get some high level assistance here, I was with Afrihost who was going through Metro, their service was the worst I have ever had so cancelled and decided to go through Metro directly to cut out the middle man BS. Metro promptly came and changed my router but now Afrihost says that metro has to release my line and metro is saying Afrihost must release my line. so in the meantime im sitting without any interne, while the 2 companies decide who has to release my line. my account with Afrihost is paid in full.
