Metro fibre you need to do better.

Metrofibre will promise the stars when they want your business, with phrases such as "always on"; "reliable" and "deal with us directly we will resolve your issues fast" but their customer care and after sales service leaves a lot to be desired. Their speeds are barely meeting the supposed download and upload speeds eg 20/20 will get a max of 19.xx never the promised 20/20. Their are times when the max speed im getting is less that 3mbs, and generally their connectivity isnt stable. I have been trying to upgrade to another tier level in the hope that will solve my issue, I doubt that will help as they cant always provide the promised speed. It seems that they are over extending themselves and cant keep up the promises they have made. I think they are the most most frustrating and dissapointing services providers Iv had to deal with in a while. Oh and you never get a reference number.
