Metro Fibre worst internet service provider

Good Day All,

Metro Fibre is the worse internet service provider ever.

I have never experienced what I'm going through with VUMA compared to these ********* and *********** people.

after moving homes metro fibre is the only fibre service providers in my area.

1. I'm paying for a 1 gig line but receive under 200mgs down speed 2. There routers are unstable as my devices constantly have to be reconnected to the router due to it constantly cutting off 3. There installation is so untidy 4. Call Centre agents always say they will escalate and call-back which never happens 5. Email support tickets get closed without making any sort of communication with the client. 6. Managers are there ever available and always in a meeting.

And the list goes on and on.

I am sick an tired of paying for a service which I am not receiving.

I'm going to put this all of social media as this is honestly pathetic from metro fibre

Sell your infrastructure to VUMA as they can assist and have 100% better client service or should I say after sale!!!!!!

You guys suck and looking at the rating on here doesn't even seem like this rating matters to you guys.

Steve Booysen you should be ashamed of yourself for running a company that doesn't value there clients SIES MAN.
