Metro fibre worse service provider

I should have definitely read the reviews before seeking services from this useless company. They installed a router on the 17/10/2023, up until this day the damn router isn't picking up on available networks, been calling, sending WhatsApp messages and emails which is turning out to be fruitless. Decided to cancel their contact cause that means in future I'll have problems with them, gosh now even to cancel the contract which I took a week ago is even becoming a hassle. What a useless company excuses after excuses after excuses. They don't even deserve this 1 Star rating
