The support department has been extremely unhelpful. It seems there are no Managers available at this company, as my requests for a callback have been ignored, and there is no Manager to approve repair quotes.
We've had Fibre for four days now, and the service has been pathetic.

I seriously wish I had another option than Metro Fibre. At least our Service Provider is Afrihost.
