Metro fibre terrible and no support

By far the worst fibre provider ever! I have been having none stop issues for weeks now first no service; now finally I have service but with a download speed of 0,01mbps my fibre is useless! Between them and my ISP that has also been of no help they keep on asking me to plug laptop directly on to the ONT only.for me to phone and grt the router MAC removed once done speed tests are fine then we switch back to router also fine after a few hours the same issue! Upload is fine but download not. This is by far the worst ever experience! I never had any issues when on openserve and whish that my.new residency had Openserve instead of Metro fibre! By far the worst ever
