Metro Fibre Technician takes ONT part & promises to replace but never returns
On Wednesday 13 May 2020 a Metro Fibre technician was working with the ONT at my premises, he left it open and said that he will came back the next day with the cover as he was working in the area but he never returned. Please advise when the ONT part taken from my residence by your technician will be returned, I also logged this with Metrofibre support but got response.
