Metro Fibre is very bad.
Metro Fibre service is very very bad. Their technicians are not well trained. They keep on cutting active lines unnecessary when trying to add in new lines. It has happen several times in our Complex. And the worse part is that they take no responsibilities regarding this sort of error. They make you wait for days to sort out the mistake and offer no apologies regarding this. Im still waiting for their call (just to tell me when they will come)regarding a line that got cut 3 days ago.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for bringing these concerns to our attention. We understand how disruptive repeated service interruptions can be, especially when they impact multiple residents within a complex.
The feedback regarding active lines being affected during new installations is concerning and is not aligned with the standards we expect from our field teams. Your comments will be escalated to our Technical and Field Operations Management teams for review to ensure the necessary investigation and corrective measures are implemented.
We appreciate you raising this with us, as it enables us to address both the immediate issue and prevent recurrence within your complex.
Best regards,
Marilize
