metro fibre is the most *********** and useless fibre network business in SA
wish i could select a negative rating. metro fibre is beyond useless. i am using webafrica as an ISP and unfortunately metro fibre is the line carrier in my area. webafrica has made numerous attempts at getting any response from metro fibre regarding the authentication of the fibre line to my residence. i have been charged for an active line that has no internet. a week of reporting line faults and no reply from metro fibre. i will never recommend anyone to use metro fibre. rather go for the more expensive options. less problems.
