Metro Fibre is pathetic with its service

Metro fibre has the most pathetic ticket service, I have been calling and emailing your finance to amend the invoice they sent me but they chose to suspend my account without proper investigation....yet you still expect a full payment end of the month, I sent through all my proof of Payments since when I started using Metro fibre in November and asked that you fix the error you're making regarding me owing you. I really wish there was another service provider in my area.
