Metro fibre is ****ed up

Ad off a few days ago my WiFi was intermittent.it would dropp all signal for a few sec and come on again . I could not work and do anything . I logged a query with 2 tickets logged . Still no feedback . Paying for something I dont have and it is ****en irritating.
