METRO FIBRE - HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have migrated to Metro Fibre from another provider and signed up for their 250 up 250 down. I have not to date and this is three months after the fact not received this service. In fact my line speed is below 95 up and 95 down. I have called and sent emails numerous times and i am constantly being asked to take a screen shot that is date stamped and sent back. I have done this at least 6 times with no resolve. Their service is dismal
