Metro fibre FALSE ADVERTISING

I paid R800 for my wifi to be updated in 2023 it is now 2024 and my Meg line is still on 25mbs not 250 mbs which I got charged for!! So I'm paying R800 for 25mbs which to me is daylight *******! Must we now involve our lawyers and shred ul to pieces ul are literally *****ing money for services not rendered..I have been in constant communication with metrofibre agents who are useless at thier jobs! If I do not get assisted I will take ul to court!!!!!!
