Metro Fibre customer service

If it was possible to rate the zoro star. Poor customer service, bad communication. They do not care whether the customer is happy or not. All they care about is their money. I'm thinking of switching to other service provider. Metro Fibre thank you for your useless customer support channels. I would never recommend someone to use Metro Fibre, they are terrible.
