Metro Fibre Breaching their Pro Rata Agreement

When I join Metro Fibre I was told that I would pay a Pro Rata fee which I did and everything went well.

I decided to move from Metro Fibre to Vodacom (still using their infrastructure). I was told to give 30 Days notice which I gave them, however because the notice was from the 5th of the Month we agreed that from the 1st till the 6th of Next month I will pay a Pro Rata fee.

Guess what on the 1st of the Month they cut my internet and breached their agreement which was on email.

This is a huge inconvenience as I am working from home and this has impacted my work.

I don't like writing bad reviews about companies but I just had to be honest to anyone who wants to know more about the company.

Besides that bad taste in my mouth when leaving the service provider I haven't had any major bad experiences with them. Their connection and service was spot on.

I was just disappointed on how we had to part ways because I would recommend the business to Friends and Family but after what I went through I am on the fence.
