Metro fibre accused ...

Metro fibre accused me of owing them April ,may,june wich i didn't now about it i only have their network in july and i paid R260 first payment on the 7july next payment it was on the 27 july i ask them for refund of the money i paid on the 27 july si that they must come and collect their belongings they dont want to refund me
