Metro fibre ****
I joined Metro fibre network last year August my first payment was on 05 September 2024 when taking this package they said it's a month to month thinking that since is a month to month the month I won't be able to pay they won't supply me with thier services and I won't be paying I was not able to pay for February and March, I paid on the 10th of March thinking that they will re-conect me and I was not supp**** with their services and I am billed for the service I never use when I contacted them to find out why are they billing me for services I didn't use and why are they not connecting me they say it's their procedure to bill regardless that I paid or not. my question is why I was never told about this the time I took this services ok now I sent them an email yesterday requesting them to cancel this services today they are sending me email saying that they will bill me on the 1st of April what kind of services are they doing this is a daylight ******* paying for something I didn't use.

MetroFibre operates on a month-to-month prepaid billing model, which means that we do not charge for data usage but rather a monthly service fee for as long as the contract remains active. This applies regardless of how much the service is used.
As per our standard billing procedure, unless a service is formally cancelled by the client or terminated due to outstanding payments, billing continues even if the service is suspended for non-payment. A suspended service does not pause billing but simply means access is restricted until the outstanding amount is settled. Once payment is received, the service is reinstated.
