METRO FIBER POOR SERVICE

Metro Fiber service sucks! Last week I didn’t have network for 3 days and after persuading them to come fix it, they eventually came on Sunday. This week again from Tuesday until to date I still don’t have network. I’ve made so many calls to them and I’m not getting any assistance. When I ask to escalate the problem to the manager,consultants either hang up on me or promise to come back to me or that the manager will phone me back but nothing is happening. Yet I’m expected to pay a monthly subscription!
