Metro Fiber Pathetic no service
I wish the app would allow me to give a 0 rating but unfortunately I had to chose 1 start. I got my Fiber line on 1st November 2021 on 3rd November the line went down. the line 12 days line is still down. Logged numerous calls. Customer service non existing. It is pathetic. Working from home I need internet. My son studies from home and he needs internet. Being with out internet for 12 days and counting is unacceptable

18 Nov 2021, 11:34This is my second review. Unfortunately i still feel , Metro Fiber does not even deserve the one-star rating i had to give them to be able to complete this rating. They are pathetic. Customer service is non existing. Let me explain again. My fiber line was installed on Wednesday 3 November 2021 and on Friday 5 November 2021 the line went down and 14 days later it is still down. I logged a call with Metro Fiber, and I follow up every day so far. Every day I get the same story that my call will be escalated and on some days I have been told that technicians are on site fixing a faulty splitter box that was identified that was causing the issue. I have not seen one Metro Fiber vehicle or team in my area work on this issue. I work from home due to Covid restrictions and my son studies from home also due to Covid. I cannot afford be without internet. Currently I am making a plan via 3G ****les to do my work. As a new customer to Metro Fiber, I find it unacceptable to receive this kind of service.
