Metro fiber internet problem
Good morning. 14 days now with no internet! Every time they tell me the “matter has been escalated’.!!! 14 days and still escalating! Can you imagine how many days if it wasn’t escalated? Can Hello Peter assist me here please?

12 Jul 2023, 11:53Nthabi are you serious? For 14 days I have been talking to Metro on the whats app number. All they say is the Nokia modem has a problem and they are escalating my problem. I am requesting a new modem seeing though Nokia modems present a problem. Can you please assist me? At least get some technician to sit down and sort my problem out and not copy paste parrot responses on the whats app.
