Metro fiber and Mweb bad service
Currently experiencing the worst service from Metro fiber and MWEB. Had a fiber product installed more than a week ago and still not working. When I call tech support they only say that if the line has been damaged I will get billed. The fiber has not work for a second since the installation and then money get deducted for a solution that is not work. No clear trouble shooting or solutions.
